André Caria is currently Head of Investigations at the IFRC, which he joined in June 2015. Previously he served as a Senior Associate of PwC in Geneva, carrying out fraud investigations and internal audits for private and public clients. He was formerly internal auditor and lead auditor for Fiat SpA. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Controlling and graduated in 2009 in International Business Administration (M.Sc.) from the Jean Moulin University in Lyon (France). In 2010 he completed a post-graduation degree (Specialised Master) in International Risk Management at HEC Paris. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) and International Insurance Professional (ENASS). André specialised in Counter-Fraud operations in the Aid sector. He has extensive experience of investigating fraud and corruption schemes, having investigated fraud, or lead fraud investigations, in more than 30 different countries and on 4 continents. André knows too well the dire consequences fraud and corruption might bring for institutions, starting with loss of public funds and irremediable damage to trust. He is fluent in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and has some knowledge of Italian.

Isabelle Ginet-Kauders is currently Investigations Manager at the IFRC. She began her career with the American Kroll Group before founding her own company in early 2008 specialised in corporate investigations (fraud, corruption) and in particular, due diligence in support of the FCPA, UK Bribery Act and the French Sapin II Law. For five years, Isabelle worked along with OSACO Group and led complex investigations in fraud, corruption, SEA and safeguarding issues, as well as training projects for both UN and INGOs throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Isabelle joined the IFRC mid-2020 as a Senior Investigator and then she became in 2022 Investigation Manager. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a French Foreign Trade Advisor – (CCEF). Isabelle graduated in business law and political sciences from University Jean Moulin-Lyon III and holds a master in corporate intelligence from the School of Economic Warfare. She works in French, English and Spanish.
